County of San Bernardino - Request for Proposals

Alternate Dispute Resolution Services

Anticipated RFP Release Date: February 2016 

The County of San Bernardino is seeking proposals from interested and qualified Proposers to provide alternate dispute resolution (ADR) services on a contractual basis.  The County has historically contracted for ADR services for civil and family law matters, and for small claims, landlord-tenant and unlawful detainer matters.  The San Bernardino Superior Court requires a broader range of ADR services than has been provided in the county previously, and the County therefore seeks to identify and select public or private non-profit organizations or governmental entities eligible under the Dispute Resolution Programs Act of 1986 (“DRPA”).

The exact date for release of the ADR RFP has not yet been determined, but is anticipated to be during February or early March 2016.  Interested parties must register in the County of San Bernardino Electronic Procurement Network (ePro) system https://epro.sbcounty.gov/epro/.
